/Memo Changes / Additions

To make the Skill more useful in these Warper friendly times.

 

For example, how about we add /memo to Glast Heim? I mean the outer area. This way we can warp to the place we want to go, Chivalry, Old GH instance or straight St. Abbey for example.

 

Shouldnt be able to /memo inside dungeons of course, but i think GH is a good exception and maybe we can make some field maps memo able that are not for some reason (No mvp maps).

Enabled memo on that map.
