My humble little suggestion only applies to dungeons with multiple access quests for each of the different levels of the dungeon itself.
So, the suggested change: The dungeons with multiple levels and multiple access quests respectively that Sylph Cartographer requires an Access Quest for should allow you to teleport to lv1, lv2, lv3, etc (of course, only to each respective level when a character on your account has completed the access quest for that level, and NOT for ANY other dungeons/levels (meaning that selecting the level of a dungeon should only apply to levels that have individual access quests, and NOT open-to-everyone dungeons such as Payon, Ice, and Turtle Dungeons, for example. All of those other dungeons without access quests should NOT be level-selectable, because they do not require access quests to access their deeper levels)). That way, I only have to do Doha's Secret Orders once (as well as a few other quests).
Cheers.
