After fully testing Exceed Break i came across 3 bugs.
1. if EB doesn't fully cast either by using cast cancel/spellbreak or getting hit the movement speed penalty still persist up until re logging or by finishing EBs cast. this will make RGs that rely on EB be easy targets as they must turtle through things if their EBs get cancelled by rangers or GXs ctrl+click.
2. EB is 68 mana cost at all levels instead of 20+( 4* skill level ) im relying on it for killing MVPs and stronger versions of normal monsters and it drains a lot of my SP forcing me to warp back to save point or exhausting my supplies.
3. Exceed Break gets removed by switching armors and accessories ( even costumes ) this is a huge blow to an EB build that relies on an RG regularly switching from defensive gears to offensive vice versa. EB will only cancel if you remove or switch your current weapon much like how EDP works.
