This server seems to have a rather healthy economy! But I've also seen a massive devaluation of the zeny. Likely due to an abundant oversupply thought the years of this servers existence.
I'm no economist but I've seen something I've seen in previous servers that seem to help the economy further is to introduce a zeny drain.
The previous drain worked as such. There's an NPC on the server that takes donations from any players in the form of zeny. When 50 mil is hit, server wide exp rates double for 24 hours. Especially when you get a good party going, richer player dunps 50 mil in like it's nothing. But over time it reduces the amount of zeny floating around and increase the worth of each zeny.
It helps newer player starting out if each zeny they farm has more buying power.
