IDEA
Rework of mission boards for the purpose of encouraging newcomers to farm the basics that will help them through the difficulty spike in higher level content. Plus QoL changes for long-time players.

Various ideas have been suggested among veterans:

1. Elemental / Racial cards category.
High kill count quests for mobs that drop elemental and racial resist cards.  Low exp reward; short cooldown.
For example:
Pasana (0/100)
Bathory (0/100)
Orc Warrior (0/100)

2. Stackable instance mob category.
High kill count quests for mobs only found inside instances. Medium exp reward; no cooldown.
For example:
Temple Guard (0/200)
Bard Pere (0/300)
Maggot (0/100)

3. Mini Boss / MvP category.
Extra reward for Mini Boss and MvP hunting. Week-long cooldowns; varying exp reward depending on difficulty.
For example:
Archangeling (0/1)
Scaraba Queen (0/1)
Valkyrie (0/3)
Woodie (0/1)

4. New options for long-time players and less repetitive farming for Proof of Efforts. This *could* be in the form of the MvP or Instance category, with "end-game" difficulty options.

5. One-click turn-in on eden boards.

WHY
1. This is to incentivize players to hunt these mobs and/or be rewarded for attempting to farm their cards.
2. Meant as an additional reward for people running instances multiple times. Stackable since current population makes timing for specific instances very unpredictable.
3. Familiarize players with basic party roles and strategies while earning exp and useful equip drops.
4. Scarce options and lack of new content make veteran retention wane.
5. QoL.

BENEFITS
Reward-based training to help players be able to participate in all type of content and avoid getting stuck in the 120+ difficulty spike.
Veteran satisfaction is important as they are the ones who open up opportunities for new players.

EXTRA
Another idea was to make this a separate mission board in the form of a Bounty Hunter npc as part of the Rockridge cowboy theme :^)
