My Ranger is lv 140. I am unable to do mora daily quest... 

However base lv requirement is lv 135....

I only saw mysterious forest option,which requires mysterious forest seeds. If any one knows about this topic, kindly explain in detail.

In order to do wandering guardian

 quest, you need go inside hazy forest, warp npc asked for mysterious forest seeds, apparently all seeds are in side forest. Any idea how can players get seeds?

Start from Splendide and go to Bifrost field 01 instead of relying on mysterious seeds.

Also do we really need a warp NPC to ask for mysterious seeds to warp to the instance?  Mysterious seeds look like a usable item.
