Do item drop equips and cards like Dryad card and lunakaligo, and item drop skills like Steal and Finding Ore have 10x increased rates?

I mean how are the rates of cards, items, and skills that cause item drops.

Card/Gear based drops are 10x (@rates says so). To note a guildmate got such card (one of those that drops fancy boxes) and tried to use it: seems that card/gear dropped items script has been reduce in percentage, as for the price of the items dropped once sold at the NPC; but is unconfirmed - since I didn't tested personally -.
About skill based drops (like Finding Ore): no idea; maybe such rate affects also that part of code, maybe not.
Steal skill should work as usual so it's not affected by that Card Based Rate, as for as I know.

DropRatio*(DEX - MonsterDEX + 10 + 3*SkillLV + )/100 where DropRatio is the percent chance of a particular item being dropped.

It's just about common Drop Rate; and even if it's applied it is to all the items, so - statistically - you have the same chances to Steal them as at 1x or 1000x Card/Gear Based Drop Rate.
