To clarify this, even in the case this goes through, enchants will be still disabled.

 

Main issue are the DEX boots since the fixed cast time reduction bonus is pretty broken in both PvM and PvP.

While I don't disagree with you, the 0.5 second Fixed Cast Time reduction is also working differently here. It appears to be reducing Fixed Cast time before Sacrament, meaning Acid Demonstration is a .25 second cast time. On official the order is reversed so it would be instant cast instead on 1 second Fixed cast time skills. This was tested before the most recent patch, so I am unsure if it's changed now. That does make the boots weaker on this server, unsure if it is intentional or a change you want to embrace.

Well, im talking about normal Temporal Boots [1] or non enchanted not the retarded boots with +200 STATS.

I think this poll doesn't reflect how people feel about dex boots but moreso about the +200 stats. Should have stated clearly that it's about the regular boots and not the enchants. Rigid votes.
