Hello!
The thursday megapatch brought a ton of modifications to the Rebellion class, but one thing i noticed today that has not been mentioned is that Fallen Angel and Fire Dance have gone up in SP cost.
Before the patch both spells at max level cost 10 sp for each cast, after the patch Fallen Angel costs 30sp and Fire Dance costs 50sp.
The tooltip for both spells on the spell bar still shows 10sp cost...
Update1: Upon further testing Shatter Storm also changed its SP cost, going from 70 at max level to 75 at max level, tooltip still shows 70.
