Merchant Cart buggy at times

At times, certain items become impossible to move from the cart to inventory until after relogging. The item just refuses to drag when clicked on, and the only solution is to relog. Nothing changes apart from the fact that the character has relogged.

Need more informations about it to know what's causing it
There's not much more to say. It's a weird and oddly specific bug, and I'm guessing it's related to the issue I'm having with the skill "highness Heal". I try to move an item from cart to inventory or Kafra by clicking and dragging, but the item doesn't drag. It just sits in the cart. I think it's always equipment. Other items aren't affected, and the issue can be "fixed" by relogging. Windows 8.1 x64, if that helps.
