Missing Platinum Skill after Reset: Shrink

So I've had the skill before I reset as Royal Guard, but now it's missing? Can you guys check if there's an issue with some platinum skills not carrying over during resets?
You can add platinum skills at the resetter.
I lost mine too.
How do you re add them via resetter?
All they offer is reset stats, skills and both
