Battleground badges not converting to KvM points

When i have 10 battleground badges and try to buy a KvM shoe for 10 points, the NPC tells me i have 0 points. When i confirm points with the NPC, it also says i have 0.

you have to convert your badge into points i guess
i played KVM 1 time only and won then i got 4 points instantly as i know once you win/lose you get kvm badges then you convert it into kvm points
you convert them via kvm manager i guess

I introduced an NPC to allow conversion from KvM to Badges and from Badges to KvM, it will be introduced with the next maintenance~
