Rolling Cutter

The GX skill Rolling Cutter is not attacking at the appropriate range. At level 5 the skill should hit at a 5x5 range, however it still seems to hit at 3x3 like its lower levels.

Just tested, it's correctly hitting a 5x5 area at level 5.
