I think he's supposed to require 10 Used Iron Plates for an enchant, rather than 20.
Also, when he asks which equipment you'd like to enchant, the names of the choices he gives you are not consistent with the names of the actual equipment. For example, one of the choices is "Eden Group Uniform IV", whereas the item is actually called "Eden Group Armor".

Hi, thanks. This doesn't appear to be fixed yet, though you've noted it as such. Will there be a patch in the near future with the fix?
Gotta wait for the maintenance which will apply the fix.

Just wanna add, it's been a few patches since this issue was supposedly fixed, but the names of the items and the enchant cost are still the same as before.
