Cash shop button error

When i click the cash shop button in-game I get an error. The error says "Resource error cannot find file." followed by a directory path with random symbols and strange letters. the only thing i can make out of the directory is that its a .bmp file missing under <random letters/symbols>/collections/<random letters/symbols>.bmp.
