Well, a few days ago this rune was working "fine" dunno if it was given a fix value to aspd or what. but, It was giving something. Now, it does not. Not even a +1, I thought that this was some correction thing, like it didn't stack anymore with other buffs (like 2HQ) , or something like that. but, It really didn't seem right... even if I use it without any other buffs on aspd, it doesn't change at all. I was looking for formulas on both kro and iro about this, and found only find this.

Based on this info. It should give +4 aspd fix, but its not working, even if I create a pt, and put +11 chars on, nothing changes.

- Description: Temporarily increases ATK by 7 per party member. Party members receive 25% of the ATK bonus. It also increases ASPD. This rune doesn't stack; the party member effect will remove the user's and vice-versa if there are multiple Rune Knights in the party.
- Target: Self
- ASPD Boost: (RuneMasteryLv ÷ 10 × 4)
- Duration: 3 minutes
