Nidd dungeon quest bugged

Posted by jimmyjohn on 20 January 2015 - 07:55 AM

So i tried doing the quest chain for the access to nidd dungeon. I did the cat quest -> fairy -> kings ring -> two tribes and got stuck there because when I had to talk to commander agip it started me back on "new surroundings" quest.

ok so w/e i did that quest + additude to the new world + tripatriate unions fued + finding a fairy (which i had done previously) which lead me to report from the new world quest which brings me to my problem.
http://irowiki.org/w...m_the_New_World

in that on step #11 it asks me to
  • Deliver a report to Laur in the throne room of Prontera Castle (prt_castle 88,165) (third room straight from the front entrance, Laur looks like a "butler" character).
BUT when i go talk to him i get this....http://i.imgur.com/u1HmskQ.jpg which has nothing to do with the quest but prevents me from handing the quest in. he wont take my report. I handed the report into the other 2 npcs for the quest and went back to agip but he tells me to come back to this npc (who wont accept my report).

And because i cant hand in this report agip is stuck telling me to go tlak to his guy so i cannot continue my quest on the guardian of ygg quest http://irowiki.org/w...an_of_Yggdrasil SO I CANT GET TO KILL NIIDDDDDDDDDDDDD. PLease help

Did you miss a pre req or do anything strange?

well i did the cat hand quest -> fairy -> king ring first thinking i didnt have to do the other prereqs for the kings ring since i already had it.

That's not Laur.
