(Rebel) Howling Mine various issues

It should have a duration of 30 seconds or so. That's the only place I can find that duration information apart from this huehueh video:



At 1:05 he casts once, mobs a while and then casts a 2nd time before detonating at around 1:30. I'm not sure if there were 2 explosions though. So I guess only one is allowed at once. The duration is a lot longer than Aesir though.
On Aesir it only lasts 3 seconds or slightly under (same as skill cooldown).

Explosion damage is currently bugged on Aesir. Every skill rank does the same explosion damage when flicker is used. (the initial damage is different though, so that's correct).

[Level 1] 400% ATK + 800% Explosion damage
[Level 2] 600% ATK + 1100% Explosion damage
[Level 3] 800% ATK + 1400% Explosion damage
[Level 4] 1000% ATK + 1700% Explosion damage
[Level 5] 1200% ATK + 2000% Explosion damage
