Quick Draw Shot + Crimson Marker

Crimson Marker Duration: 30 secs.
Maximum no. of Targets: 3
I casted 3 Crimson Markers inside the 21x21 area for Quick Draw Shot setup. After a successful Quick Draw Shot, The Markers for two other target disappeared (but the one I'm currently attacking still has it). Aren't the Markers for the other 2 targets supposed to remain for the rest of the duration?
