description says str+2.
if worn by swordman thief or merchan, add dex equal too joblevel / 7
should add 8 dex..

Hmm, it looks like the dex bonus is only given if your dex is below 55 base, dunno if I should fix the description or buff the item.
yes i misread the descript.. that particulary for swordman, thief n merchant..
not for swordman class, thief class n merchant class..
