(Rebel) Mass Spiral

Missing animation for when it hits (shown in video). Damage seems incorrect?
Mass Spiral is the first skill demo'd which starts at around 0:28.
The damage is a lot higher than what I get on Aesir and they don't have any gear. (hitting the same target)

I have no idea if the video is displaying the correct damage, as that seems high for a gearless char, but what you can get at the moment on Aesir is really low by comparison.

There's no known damage formula, we'll be doing something custom to it so the skill doesn't suck.
As for the animation, the files are there but so far nobody managed to link it to the actual skill (speaking about rA and Herc development overall), something's missing (same goes for Mine explosion and Hammer of God shockwaves).

*Fixed RL_MASS_SPIRAL (Mass Spiral):
- Added missing animation.
- Updated damage formula introducing target def (more def, more damage). [Still need official formula].
