Unable to put RK points into RK skills

Went through the Rune Knight Job Change Quest.

Certain Job Change Quests might be to blame.
Can't really reset using the Reset Genie to try to fix, because the Frenzy requirement seems to still be in : http://leika-ro.net/...el-requirement/

I'll be removing the job level requirement of frenzy as a temporary workaround, meanwhile contact me in-game to solve this issue.
this has happened to me, the culprit is the ever so returning Frenzy bug, if ever youinvested on it while being an LK then changing job into an RK the frenzy skill will be unlearned and you will lose 1 skill point for the 2nd job tree and on the 3rd job tree you have to use 1 more skill point on the 2nd job tree to make space for it making you lose a total of 2 skill point =D
