(Gunslinger) Gatling Fever

The bonus attack portion of the skill seems to be broken. Its lowering damage rather than increasing it.

Above Gatling Fever cast = Normal unbuffed damage

Below Gatling Fever cast = Buffed damage.

No attack increase shows on the stats page either.

(The flee reduction and aspd increase work)

*Fixed GS_GATLINGFEVER (Gatling Fever) damage formula.

No idea why it was changing damage depending on target size o_O
