Missing Hair Dye

Hair Dye #1 on RMS (the classic blonde) doesn't appear to exist on this server's palette. Not sure if any others are missing, but I went through 0-126 and couldn't find an equivalent dye for that one. It's just kind of weird, because that dye has been around since the dawn of time.

Seems like the default dye was replaced with purple or something, this is a huge mess to deal with considering we have over 1k palettes and the script for the pack is protected so you can't manually track them.

I'll try to check it in depth sometime.
