Diadem of Bruenhild Can't be Worn

If you havent already figured it out by the title, Diadem of Bruenhild gives the error that i can't equip the headgear. The requirement is to be a Transcendent Acolyte (spelled incorrectly as Acolye in description) or Mage class of level 60 and above. I tried to wear it on both my max level sura and a friend's Warlock, neither of which could equip it.
