Miming Card duration time

Miming card's deep sleep duration seems bugged to be fixed to be around 1 second or less. Tested with a level 173 character with 72+5 INT (along with 100+AGI, 100+ VIT, 74 LUK) and on a level 117 character with 1 in all stats. The chance to inflict is being reduced but the duration time is fixed to be the same duration which makes it pretty useless.

As a reminder, the card description currently incorrectly says it autocasts Deep Sleep Lullaby.
