Quest's NPC are missing since today afternoon (UTC-04:30)

Hi there, i hope not making a mistake for posting this here, but as the title said, since this afternoon i was making the Quest of New World content (New Surrounding, Report from the New World, Finding a Fairy, etc) and some of the Key NPC for them went missing around midday, resulting imposible complete those quest. They are so many for just telling exactly what NPC is no more there, but i tried to write down who were missing:

- Hibba Agip

- Staff Officer Abidal

- Instructor Ingrid

- Expedition Messenger

- Expedition Scout x4
[here the locations:
- (man_fild01 316, 92)
- (spl_fild03 172, 71)
- (man_fild03 202, 251)
- (spl_fild02 292, 369)]

- Camp Guard Captain (mid_camp 212,237)

Those are the only one i could check on, i dont know if there any other NPC missing...
