Venom splasher skill description

I go to alt+S to show my skill window and hover my mouse cursor to view the description of venom splasher.

This skill will only work once the target's HP is 1/3 or less of its Max HP.
When struck by this skill, the target will explode and damage other enemies in its vicinity.
Requires 1 Red Gemstone.

As far as I know, the renewal update states that venom splasher should not have a target HP restriction.

I can use venom splasher on any monster (haven't tested with bosses) at 100% hp so it's working accordingly to iRO's renewal description.
