Before the update, these skills were working fine.
Dragon Combo/Fallen Empire - their delay is about 1 second and it's fixed. It cannot be reduced by attack speed. Its delay used to be reduced by aspd.
Knuckle Arrow - It's working fine in PvP. However, in PvM, the knockback extra damage is dealing 6 times more than it should. I'm not sure about this but Knuckle Arrow's delay is also affected by attack speed, right now it isn't. Never used it before the big update.
