Stapo Card - Pick Stone issue

When a stapo accessory is equipped:
The pick stone skill doesn't work for certain classes.
- Rune Knight can't get the skill to work
- Rebel can't
- Genetic can't
Certain other classes can like Sorceror / Warlock, along with Oboro.
No issue with the platinum skill for rogues either.
Those are all I've tested it with so far.

Delete this. It apparently doesn't work if you're at 50% weight or more. No message about that at least.

It does tell me "Skill has failed" if using it over 50% weight limit o_O
I guess i've got some fugged chat settings then ;_;
or skill fail info not enabled, I remember there was a /command for that o_O
