Push Palm Strike

This Champion skills simply does not work. I tried it on both demi-humans (PvP) and monsters in random dungeons. All times the skill showed a white puff animation and did NOT push the enemy back OR deal damage.

i have no idea why the hell some things seem to have randomly broken. pps was working flawlessly a week ago.
