Skill resets drop all selectable skill hotkeys to level 1

The title says it all. But just to be super clear, any skills in which you can select what level to use (e.g. Blessing) are set to level 1 on the hotkeys, but those which default to your maximum skill level (e.g. Angelus) don't. Oddly, Teleport level 1 totally vanishes from the hotkey bar.
This might not be a problem limited to this server, but it's the first time I've experienced it in about seven years of playing private servers. It's overall a minor concern, but I hope something can be done about it.
