Rising Dragon's Fury

It seems the issue is on Rising Dragon's Fury itself, not on Spiritual Cadence.
I made a Soul Linker w/ Monk Spirit which bypasses SP Recovery penalty on Fury status. The buff works on normal Fury skill, but not under Rising Dragon's Fury status.
