Good day. May I ask how the server is going to handle Rebellion items/weapons such Altair & Ares, End of the Horizon and things like the Dragon Tail Missile? I searched the forum and found about a "temporary" NPC, will he be present on the server on the launch? And is there a list of prices for the items?

Since there's no info available about the weapon quests (if there are any), they will be sold at a NPC.

 

Prices range from 1.1 to 2.8m, unslotted versions being 50% cheaper.

Are items like Dragon Tail Missile, Slug Shot bullets, Landmines etc also on this NPC?

All ammo is sold by an ammunition npc in the item mall. There's an npc in prontera which teleports you there.

Alternatively, you can use the separate warper that's going to be available on launch.
