• Weapons: 200 points.
• Armors: 160 points.
• Garment and shoes: 100 points.
• Accessories: 1000 points.

 

Are these intentionally twice as expensive, and is glorious gear still the same price?

Another question, you said that the points were all "the same value". Does this mean that I can have like 800 of the KvM ones that aren't tradeable and 1200 of the other two kinds to get 1 KvM weapon?

Yes, since the amount of badges gained was greatly increased and you can use KvM points to purchase all that stuff as well.
