I dont understand text in game it al looks like the picture below anyone know how to fix this?

Make sure your game is configured properly (opensetup.exe) and texture/sprite quality are maxed.

Because it's not just text. It's most likely graphics. Someone had the same problem at server start, sadly I don't remember solution. At first Byte thought it's fucked up graphic card but then it turned out it is fixable in some easy way. Try checking leikaIRC for him if he isn't on forums right now.
