I was told that this server use a "double roll" as refinement system. 

 

Someone could explain me about this system? It's work from +1 to +20?

That's for enriched Oridecon and Elunium. It has the same rates as default but if it fails the first roll you get a second one.

 

That stuff only works from safe limit to +10.

The refines up to +10 has the same chance as normal, and the chances for +11 to +20 can be found here.

When you are using enriched ores to refine you get a second roll, so say you're upgrading an armor from +5 to +6 then it's normally a 40% chance of sucess. If that roll fails you get a second 40% chance when using enriched, making it a total of 64% success chance. This is how it has always worked, it's nothing that's special to just this server.

It's because i didnt play Rag for some time 

On iROwiki dont say anything about that, when I heard ingame about it, I checked this topic, but it does not say anything about this system, so I was confused about it. Btwm I dont know if many "new" players are coming to this server, but i think that topic should say at least that u guys use this system.

No, it's the normal refine chance that gets doubled, so 40%. The chances for enriched ores that are shown on irowiki is wrong.
