Of course I checked.
On that computer everything is installed absolutely right and updated.
I can run the client, sign in my account, click on the character that is inside Prontera, but then I cannot do anything, because the loading stops at 1% and report an error.

You still have the Halloween load screens, that's a bad sign.
Something's not patched right.
Are you using the Full or Lite client? Using the lite client on other servers installs or an old release of the kro client can cause problems.
If you've run both the kro updater exe's and have the "patch complete" notification then there's only a couple of things I can suggest:
Delete Leika.dat and it'll force a repatch of the leika client. This might work but I doubt it.
Reinstall with the full client download again and repatch.
Edit: You have the Leika v1.0 client. that's an old client, it should be v1.5. The force repatch of the leika client might fix that.

Yes it is a problem, because you shouldn't have them. Your client should be v1.5 not v1.0.
Delete Leika.dat and run leika patcher and watch it repatch. Try and run the game and go prontera.
Also make sure it says v1.5 at the top of the client window.

As it's a patching issue and I can't really think of any other way to try and get it to do it properly...
You'll probably need to start a fresh install.
a) Re-extract your full client download (or use the installer again if that's what you downloaded) and put it in a different install location.
b) Run Update-Ragnarok.exe and fully patch it.
c) Run Update-Renewal.exe and fully patch it.
d) Right click LeikaRO Patcher.exe and select properties. Go to the compatibility tab and make sure the "run as administrator" box is ticked.
e) Run leika patcher and wait for it to finish.
f) Run the game and hopefully have no issues.
The above *will* solve your problem. It's a hassle but it's a guaranteed way to fix it.
You currently have an old Leika client and the game is refusing to update to a new one.
If your LeikaRO patcher actually downloaded / patched some things after deleting Leika.dat and it still was not v1.5 I can't really provide any solution other than the one above.

If re-extracting the client and re-patching does not work.. I can only suggest redownloading the full client. Something is wrong with the files you have.

Assuming you tried everything Lyka suggested:
1. Did you tried disabling your firewall and/or antivirus?
2. Try this: delete "leika.dat" inside your Leika RO folder and run Leika Patcher (- always with Admin Privileges ofc - to download again all updates released ... new client included).

I'm trying to help. How about less of the snarky replies every time I try and say something.
You've got ~200 less files than my install which is odd. Those loadscreens should not be enabled in the current leika client either. So if you've tried a fresh install today it might only leave kro patches where they have removed content again but I find that unlikely.
Can you list what you've tried attempting to fix this?
*I'm currently running through a rather obscene amount of kro patches that were introduced today. Them being a possible cause is looking likely as someone else patched today and had the same problem
