I just joined the band and now having issues with the small client..
 

I merged it with my updated, newly-downloaded Full KRO..

Patched, Run as Admin, (even tried Compatibility with XP SP3)..

 

Still having LeikaRo.exe stopped working..

Are both leikaro.exe and patcher set to win xp sp3 compatibility and run as admin?

 

Does the patcher finish patching everything properly?

 

Is the game installed inside program files folder?

- Yes, tried that..
- Everything is patched without interruptions..
- Everything are intact, KRO + Leika in same folder.. Edit: I don't put RO extracts/installs in Program Files as it is transferable to any folder, I assume.. I even play on RO Flash Drives without problems, this time might be different..
- Win7 SP1 Pro x64

I had the Full Client from https://www.nickyzai.com/?p=kro
That site/Full client never fail me when doing updates or whatsoever Private server I merge it with.

I think I need to redownload the whole KRO + Leika from Leika site this time..

Sooner or maybe later~ /sigh

You're launching the game through patcher, right? Cause the exe won't work.

Just tested lite install with the latest kRO from the site you mentioned and it's working fine for me. This is usually solved by setting windows xp compatibility+run as admin, strange.

- Yes for the patcher, and yes for the LeikaRo.exe not running as it supposed to do..

Note: I've downloaded an updated rsu patchers + open setup from nn.nachtwolke.com/dev/rsu as I always do, maybe those things did worst..

And are there any updated small clients as it patches from last year's December.. :(

I'm having crashes when launching the client similar to this as well, also after I got updated RSU patchers because the ones bundled with the LeikaRO install I got a long time ago wouldn't work (and I can't ping the Korean RO website either, maybe something is wrong over here). The main difference is that I'm (still) running Windows XP (on a rather old mahcine, but this is RO so who cares), so there should be no problems related to permissions or whatever as far as I know.

 

...But then again I copied my RO folder to another computer and everything ran fine there, and in fact I can't even open the client for RMS's test server in here anymore. I have no idea what's going on, RO has always run well enough in my toaster before all these updates.

 

WELP NEVER MIND. Apparently something got broken in my skins folder and that's what was crashing me, somehow, as deleting that folder lets me open the game again (it's also why I managed to open the game on a different computer, I didn't copy the skins folder because it'd be a huge waste of time).

tl;dr ignore this, I'm an idiot.
