Refining success rates past +10 (Up to +10 , remains the same):Before if u refine over up and if it fails its gonna remain +10 and not gonna downgrade to +9.

I think 11-12 should become safe again. It wasn't that bad of a deal, and it made getting higher than +9 rewarding.
