So, after a nostalgia strike induced by a youtube video , I decided to take a look around for some nice servers. I stumbled upon this server on reddit while reading an old AMA from an ex eAthena developer, and I'm curious to see if I can get hooked back into the game after not playing for... quite a lot of time  . Also because I want to play something else other than league 

 

Coming from high-rate / very high-rate servers (not going to say names because I'm not sure if I'm allowed), so I'm not sure I'll enjoy this as much as I think I will... (or maybe I will!)

I'm looking forward to joining a guild and making some friends (I'm alone  ) !

Rates work quite differently in renewal, so what was considered low before, is more like mid nowadays.

Welcome to Leika! :D Coming from a high-rate server, expect to have a bit more of a grind ahead of you, but definitely not as bad as the offiicial/vanilla rates and there are plenty of ways to get you leveling quickly here c: I hope you enjoy it here! If you want a leveling buddy, let me know, I'm always down for that :D

Welcome. If you appreciate the style and nostalgia of the game, I'm sure you will enjoy the lower rates. It's much more rewarding and feels like you earned your progress more. Eden quests make it less of a grind.

Yup, it's mainly me and zandak though. Omen is busy crossing borders in USA, and I see juve on RC allot. I've been playing more often now though. Zandak is being a nerd afking in pront watching streams ufufuf
