I meant blocking gear swapping is bad, not the cd. Make it recall length cd or something if you have to add it. The proc rate on statuses is pretty weak atm anyway

Self-casted and 30 seconds cooldown sounds good to me. Can you do something like blocking gear swapping during that 30s cooldown period?

Agree with Psor. Its safer to delay any custom implementation than risk the need of reverting it back later on.

It isn't going to permanently affect anything and can be changed at any time so we're going to experiment.

That depends if gear will affect it or not. Unless you plan to reimburse cards and equipment.
