Remove/Rework the Increase AGI component of the Wild Rider Card
-- WHY --
The card's primary use-case is add-on to autoattack builds which would presumably be operating at 193 ASPD. On average, the level 1 Incr AGI autocast triggers twice every 3 seconds, leading to a considerable time spent under after-cast delay. In a solo setting, this is a hindrance when one wants to quickly use an escape skill or self-buff. Not much of a problem in a party setting but in that case one would already have an AB providing a Level 10 Incr AGI buff.

IMHO, it might be better to
(1) Replace the AGI buff with some other benefit
(2) Reduce the proc chance significantly
