Overview
We introduced something new in Ragnarok Online to improve your game experience. Upon completing certain events and meeting certain conditions, you can obtain an Achievement.
There are currently 5 types of Achievements:
- Upon killing monsters (Monster Killing)
- Upon using a certain item (Item Master)
- Upon finding a certain item (Item Seeker)
- Upon exploring a certain map (Map Explorer)
- Upon completing a certain quest (Quest Master)
By unlocking achievements, you'll earn:
- Base Experience
- Job Experience
- Item rewards, depending on the achievement
- Achievement points (to be used in a future update)
These may seem like Quests, but Achievements are a different kind of experience. It's an addition to the existing world, they aren't needed for something in particular, but can be a great experience for those who like to seek perfection.
Achievements are account-bound, not character-bound, so they can only be completed once per account. Experience rewards are flat and are not increased by server rates.
Note: Currently, monster-killing achievements are disabled due to bugs that are being worked out.
