Made from an unknown metal which is always cold to the touch and decorated with the claws which once belonged to a breed of underground dragons that long since went extinct, this curio is unpleasant to wear. It was worn by a skilled spearman and naturally makes nearby dragonkin act in nervous and chaotic ways. _ Reduces damage taken from Ranged Physical attacks by 2% Every 2 Base Levels; Increases damage of Spear Boomerang and Pierce by 1% Every 3 Base Levels; Increases damage of Brandish Spear by 1% Autocasts Strip Helm with a level equal to half that of the learned Spear Stab after using Spear Stab and puts it on a 6s Cooldown.
