Overview
Creates a yellow field of energy around the Mechanic that boosts DEF, MDEF and completely blocks physical ranged damage.
Mechanics
Levels on Neutral Barrier affect DEF/MDEF increase, duration and cooldown, as it follows.

The area of effect is always 3x3 and there's no cast. As the skill last longer than it's downtime, it is possible to deactivate it after the cooldown is over, whoever, doing so will trigger another cooldown.

Miscellaneous
- Although it can be considered an "area pneuma", Neutral Barrier blocks the monster skill Earthquake, which is not blocked by Pneuma. It also blocks Hell's Judgement.
- The skill had a bug for sometime that didn't allowed anything from inside it hit a ranged attack, whoever, it has been fixed since then.
