Description
Swings the weapon to damage and push back 3 cells all enemies in a 7x7 area with the fierce power of wind.
Has a chance of inflicting the Fear status.
Damage scales with caster's base level.
Deals 1.5x extra damage when used with Two-Handed Weapons.
