Description
Cast a 9*9 cell area around the casters that nullifies item costs, such as Gemstones and Traps, for most skills. Power Chord has a 60 second duration, an initial SP cost of 10 SP and consumes 1 SP every 5 seconds while it is active.
- Skills Exempted
- Hocus-pocus still requires 1 Yellow Gemstone
- Ganbantein still requires both Gemstones
