Whips
Overview
Whips are used exclusively by Dancers. When wielding a whip, Bow skills and Performance Skills are unavailable, but Slinging Arrow, Arrow Vulcan, Unbarring Octave, Dazzler, Pang Voice, and Charming Wink can be used. Damage dealt with a whip depends on the user's DEX, not their STR.
