Description
Throws zeny at a target to cause DEF, FLEE and reductions piercing damage.
Inflicts 50% of damage to players.

Notes
- The damage dealt by Throw Zeny is equivalent to the zeny consumption, at only half effectiveness if casted on another player.
- Throw Zeny does full damage to Bosses and half damage to players.
